Gary Conerly is the Director of Client Advisement at HomeServices Relocation, where he brings over two decades of experience to his role. Throughout his career, Gary has collaborated with HR leaders to strategize, develop, and optimize domestic relocation and international assignment programs.
With a focus on delivering cost-effective relocation solutions, Gary has successfully consulted with employers spanning diverse industries. Under his guidance, relocation expense audits have consistently yielded substantial annual savings, amounting to millions of dollars in reduced spend for his clients.
Gary's global perspective is enriched by a decade spent on assignment in Lima, Peru. Fluent in Spanish, Gary’s international experience has afforded him a profound understanding of the multicultural requirements for companies operating in the Americas, Asia, and Europe.

He is an active member of the Worldwide Employee Relocation Council (WERC®) and currently serves on the Worldwide ERC® Foundation for Workforce Mobility Board of Trustees.
