Vice President, Client Services, HomeServices Relocation
Patty Wilkins serves as Vice President of Client Services for the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania service center. Her primary role is to oversee the day-to-day operations and drive the development of client service enhancements.
Prior to joining HomeServices Relocation, Patty was involved in building programs to expand existing business to include corporate relocation services to clients globally.
A 26-year veteran of the real estate and relocation industry, Patty’s experience is invaluable to the growth of HomeServices Relocation’s business. She is responsible for coordinating and managing the company’s client relations process and functions as well as providing guidance and instruction to her team, representing the clients’ interest in all issues requiring managerial attention.
Patty is a member of various associations including the National Association of Realtors, the Delaware Valley Relocation Council and Worldwide ERC® where she has taken part in several committees to enhance and reform process. Through this involvement, she was awarded the Worldwide ERC® President’s Award recognizing her contribution to the industry through her involvement in revamping the standardized Broker Market Analysis form and process.
Patty is a licensed real estate agent and holds the Worldwide ERC® Certified Relocation Professional (CRP®) designation.
