Marian Padgett, CRP, GMS-T

Vice President, Client Services, HomeServices Relocation

Marian Padgett currently serves as Vice President of Client Services for the North Carolina service team. Her primary role is to oversee the day-to-day operations and drive the development of client service enhancements, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.

With over two decades of relocation experience, Marian has extensive knowledge of the real estate and relocation business throughout all levels of the industry which has given her a unique perspective when serving clients.

In a previous role with HomeServices Relocation, Marian served as National Director of Business Development driving the development of sales and marketing plans and expanding the company’s relocation services nationwide. Prior to joining HomeServices Relocation, Marian served as Director of Relocation and Business Development for Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Carolinas Realty in North Carolina as well as Broker-in-Charge for the Lake Norman office and the South Park office in the Charlotte area

Marian holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Wake Forest University. She earned her Certified Relocation Professional (CRP®) and Global Mobility Specialist-Talent (GMS-T) designations from Worldwide ERC®. She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and has her real estate license in North Carolina and South Carolina, including Broker-In-Charge eligibility. Marian also serves on the Board of Directors for the Metro Atlanta Relocation Council.

Education
