Marian Padgett, CRP, GMS-T

Marian Padgett presently holds the position of Vice President of Client Services for HomeServices Relocation’s North Carolina service team.  In this capacity, she is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and guiding the advancement of client service enhancements. Marian’s main objective is to ensure heightened client satisfaction and bolster client retention.

With a career spanning over two decades in relocation, Marian possesses an in-depth understanding of the real estate and relocation sectors at all levels of the industry.  This wealth of experience has given her a distinct perspective, enhancing her ability to effectively serve clients.

In a previous role as National Director of Business Development at HomeServices Relocation, Marian played a pivotal role in crafting and executing sales and marketing plans, contributing significantly to the expansion of the company's relocation services on a national scale.  Before her tenure at HomeServices Relocation, Marian held the positions of Director of Relocation and Business Development at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Carolinas Realty in North Carolina.  Additionally, she served as the Broker-in-Charge for both the Lake Norman and South Park offices in the Charlotte area, showcasing her multifaceted expertise in real estate leadership.
